Outing Ke Aeon Bukit Tinggi Klang

Hey yo whatsup guys,baru-baru ni korang pergi lepak dekat Aeon Bukit Tinggi wohoo !
So this is the place, takdelah besar sangat but it is enough for us untuk jalan-jalan sambil buang masa hihi.Yeah, distance kolej to aeon take about 45 minutes, kitorang naik grab harga rm30 ,mahal ke idok?

Kitorang tunggu kat stesen bas punya lah lama, ingat nak naik bas selangor yang free tu ,tapi tak sampai-sampai pulak .Memang tak rancang pun nak gi aeon mall tapi dah ada ramai orang kat stesen bas, kitorang bedal terus grab peggy aeon.Hajat asal nak makan korean spicy burger kat mcdonald banting je,apakan daya kat aeon pun ada mcD :P

Sampai aeon, kitorang gi topup duit masuk wallet jurp then gi window shopping satu aeon.Kalau ikut perasaan memang banyak nak beli tapi nafsu lelaki ni ada satu je so still boleh kawal.Jalan lama-lama ofcos la letih, tiba masa yang dinanti untuk kami gi makan pulak.

Arghh, masa nak makan lah benda ni sold out, terpaksa la curang dengan mekdi and gi cari restaurant lain.HA! PADAN MUKA! nak main-main sangat dengan aku ,maka hilanglah sorang loyal customer kau (takpe lain kali aku gi lagi).Dah benda alah tu takde so kitorang makan dekat ....

Texas chicken!!

Not bad, most of us just pesan ala carte and sorang je pesan full set.So apalagi, kitorang just refill air guna cup dia jelah.Nak minum sampai muntah pun boleh.Nampak tak 5 orang lam gambar tu,tapi grab muat 4 je.Nasib baiklah aku ni kecik, boleh la duduk berkepit-kepit sikit.YAY JIMAT BANYAK DUIT.Memang tak dinafikan duit untuk pelajar kolej macam kami memang sentiasa tak cukup.Amalan berjimat cermat memang kena dipraktikkan disini ya,kalau tak hujung bulan makan pasir ataupun nasi kuah air hujan jelah.

Dah isi perut, takkan nak balik dah kot.Takleh ah gitu, banyak energy lagi ni.Outing pun outing jugak tapi jangan lupa niat asal kau datang nak belajar. Then kitorang gi sedapkan hati masuk kedai buku popular.Beli alat tulis sikit , jalan tngok novel pastu blah. Boleh la kill some time kat situ .Nak tngok movie pun tak sempat sebab sebelum pukul 7 dah kena masuk kolej kalau tak matilanak, kena tahan outing next kau xleh keluar.

Aku pun dah takde idea ,eloklah aku melabuhkan tirai dulu

9 STEP TO PLAY FUTSAL

1Find a league where you can play. A quick web search will show where there is a league nearby.

2Dress for soccer but without cleats. You can have shin guards (They are not always necessary). Wear soft-soled athletic shoes, like indoor soccer shoes, basketball shoes, etc.

3When you get there, notice how the pitch differs. The goal is smaller. There's no goal box. Corners don't have arcs or flags. Often, there is a net around the pitch to contain the ball.

4As soon as you can, get a futsal ball and get a feel for it. It's heavier and bounces less than a soccer ball.

5Ask what your position is. Because there are only four players and a goalie, positions tend to be less structured than soccer. Everyone moves up and back.

6Understand how substitutions work. Futsal allows unlimited substitutions, made on the fly. The player must leave the pitch at a specific location before the sub can come on. You have to pay attention to directions from the sidelines to know when to come off.

7Learn the rule differences - they make futsal fun! * There is no Offsides Rule, which everyone likes. * When the ball goes out of bounds, you don't throw it in. You must place the ball on the line where it went out and kick it in, and you have four seconds to do it. If you haven't kicked it by then, the other team takes possession. * You can score from the kick-off. * You place the ball directly on the corner for corner kicks.

8If you're a goalie, there are also different rules. * No goal kicks are allowed. * You must throw the ball in play. * You have four seconds to put the ball in play or the other team gets the ball.

9Understand the importance of fouls. Once a team has accumulated five fouls, the other team gets awarded a direct free kick with no wall for every subsequent foul. Futsal doesn't allow any rough play, such as shouldering or sliding tackles. Yellow and red cards are used just as in soccer.

EQUIPMENT FOR FUTSAL

Futsal is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, and it is increasingly being used as a developmental tool for young footballers. Played with a smaller, heavier ball, the game promotes tight control, touch and passing, which is why it is being utilised in professional football academies all over the world.
The essence of this hugely popular game is rooted in football, but there are some key differences – one of which is the equipment needed. Whether you are a coach looking to improve the touch and ball control of your young players or you simply want to get involved in the sport of futsal, there are some very specific items of equipment needed.

Futsal goals

The regulation size futsal goal is 3 metres by 2 metres. If you are planning to play the game in different locations, it might be best to choose the lightweight, portable option. Made from high-impact uPVC, these goals are free-standing, and they can be erected and dismantled in a matter of minutes. They come with everything you need to get started, including a carry bag, nets, net clips and ground anchors. Samba futsal goals are among the most popular in the world, as they have a reputation for being reliable, safe and highly durable.
If you’re intending to play futsal at a competitive level, you will probably need to invest in an aluminium futsal goal. Edwards makes a regulation goal that features a heavy-duty, laser-cut mitred crossbar. Net supports, back bars and safety net hooks are included, and there is also the option to purchase an anchor system specifically designed for this professional-standard futsal goal.

Balls

Perhaps the biggest difference between the five-a-side version of football and futsal is the ball used. The essence of futsal involves close control, passing and technique, which is why a smaller, heavier ball is used. The FA recommends that under-12s play with size-3 futsal balls, while the over-13s play with size-4 balls.
Mitre is one of the most respected futsal ball manufacturers in the world. Their size-4 balls are manufactured with a 32-panel finish, which gives them added durability. Reduced rebound and a filled bladder promote passing and control – rather than long and lofted balls. And there are sets of 10 futsal balls available, complete with a drawstring carry bag.

Clothing

Most futsal teams play in kits similar to those worn in football and five-a-side. Competitive action requires numbered shirts, shorts, socks, protective shin-guards and trainers with rubber soles. Keepers need to wear a different colour than their teammates in the same way they do in football, and a quality pair of goalkeeping gloves is also needed.

Optional items

There are some striking similarities between futsal and football, so it should come as no surprise that the sundry items of equipment used in both games are similar. A game of futsal is played over two halves of 20 minutes, and the action can get intense. It is therefore always a good idea to have a set of water bottles at the ready – preferably in a bottle carrier.
It’s also worth noting that sliding tackles are now allowed in the official rules of futsal, so any team will need a fully stocked first aid kit. Hot and cold packs, bandages, freeze spray, sterile eyewash pods and moist wipes are always good to have at hand in the event of an injury.
The game of futsal is fast and furious. Players are forced to retain control and pass, which is ideal for developing the technical skills of youngsters. With the right equipment, you can ensure that your games are as enjoyable and productive as they possibly can be.

RULES OF FUTSAL

There are currently two governing bodies: Asociación Mundial de Fútbol de Salón (AMF) and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). AMF and FIFA are responsible for maintaining and regulating the official rules of their respective versions of futsal.
FIFA publishes its futsal rules as the 'Laws of the Game', in which each of the 17 'laws' is a thematically related collection of individual regulations. The laws define all aspects of the game, including what may be changed to suit local competitions and leagues.

Summary of rules

Length of the field
minimum 25 m × 16 m (27 yd × 17 yd), maximum 42 m × 25 m (46 yd × 27 yd).

Ball
Size 4, circumference 62–64 cm (24–25 in), weight between 400–440 g (14–16 oz) at the start of the game.
Dropped from a height of 2 m (6 ft 7 in), the first rebound must not be lower than 50 cm (20 in) cm or more than 65 cm (26 in).

Time
There are two periods of 20 minutes with time stopping at every dead ball. Between the two periods there is a break of 15 minutes. Each team may use one time-out per half, which lasts one minute. Some lower leagues and tournaments use 24 minute periods with running time.

Number of players
There are five players for each team in the field, one of them as goalkeeper, and a maximum number of 12 players that can be used each match. Substitutions are unlimited and on-the-fly.

Fouls
All direct free kicks count as accumulated fouls. A direct free kick is awarded for kicking, tripping, charging, jumping, pushing, striking, tackling, holding, spitting, and deliberate handling. Indirect free kicks, such as playing dangerously and impeding, do not count as accumulated fouls. A team is warned by the referee when they commit five accumulated fouls in a half.

Cards
A yellow card is shown for unsporting behavior, dissent, time wasting, encroachment, persistent infringement, and illegal subbing. A red card is shown for serious foul play, violent conduct, spitting, illegally denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity, abusive language, and receiving a second yellow. Red carded players are ejected from the game and their team must play short for two minutes or until the other team scores a goal.

Free kicks
Taken from the spot of the infringement or on the line of the penalty area nearest the infringement (indirect only). All opponents must be at least 5 m away from the ball. The kick must be taken within four seconds or an indirect kick is awarded to the other team.

Kick from the second   penalty mark
Awarded when a team commits 6 or more accumulated fouls in a half. Second penalty mark is 10 m (11 yd) from the goal, opponents must be behind the ball, goalkeeper must be at least 5 m (5.5 yd) away

Penalty kick
6 m (6.6 yd) from the center of the goal for fouls inside the 6 m (6.6 yd) goal keeper's area.

Goalkeeper
When in possession of the ball, the goalkeeper has 4 seconds to get rid of the ball. If the ball is kept too long, the referee will give an indirect kick to the other team. The goalkeeper may play freely when in the opponent's half.

Goalkeeper pass-back restriction
Once the goalkeeper has released the ball either by kicking or throwing, the goalkeeper may not touch it again until the ball goes out of play or is touched by an opponent. The sanction for violation is an indirect free kick. The goalkeeper may receive the ball freely when on the opponent's half

Kick-in
A kick-in is used instead of a throw-in. The player must place the ball on the touchline or outside but not more than 25 cm (9.8 in) from the place the ball when out of play. The ball must be stationary and the kick-in must be taken within 4 seconds from the time the player is ready. During kick-in, opponents must stand at least 5 m from the ball. If four seconds elapses or an illegal kick is taken, the referee will award a kick-in to the other team. It is not allowed to score directly from a kick-in: the goal is valid only if someone else touches the ball before it enters in goal.

Goal clearance
A goal clearance is used instead of a goal kick. The goalkeeper must throw the ball with their hands and it must leave the penalty area within four seconds. If goal clearance is taken illegally the goalkeeper may retry, but the referee will not reset the count. If four seconds elapses, the other team gets an indirect kick on the penalty area line.

Corner kick
The ball must be placed inside the arc nearest to the point where the ball crossed the goal line and the opponent must stand on field at least 5 m (5.5 yd) from the corner arch until the ball is in play. The corner kick must be taken within 4 seconds of being ready or else a goal clearance will be awarded to the other team. The ball is in play when it is kicked and moves.

Referees
For international matches, there must be two referees: one (first referee) is positioned on the touchline near the timekeeper table and communicates with the timekeeper, while the other (second referee) is in the opposite side of the field. At the timekeeper table there is a timekeeper and a third referee, who controls the teams' benches.
In minor events, the third referees and the timekeeper are not used.

ORIGIN OF FUTSAL

FUTSAL

"Futsal" started in 1930 when Juan Carlos Ceriani, a teacher in Montevideo, Uruguay, created a version of indoor football for recreation in YMCAs. This new sport was originally developed for playing on basketball courts, and a rule book was published in September 1933.His goal was to create a team game that could be played indoor or outdoor but that was similar to football, which became quite popular there after Uruguay won the 1930 World Cup and gold medals in the 1924 and 1928 Summer Olympics.

Ceriani, writing the rule book, took as example the principles of football (the possibility to touch the ball with every part of the body except for the hands), but he took rules from other sports too: from basketball the number of team players (five) and the game duration (40 actual minutes); from water polo the rules about the goalkeeper; from team handball for the field and goal sizes.

The YMCA spread the game immediately throughout South America. It was easily played by everyone, everywhere, and in any weather condition, even in winter, without any difficulty, helping players to stay in shape all year round. These reasons convinced João Lotufo, a Brazilian, to bring this game to his country and adapt it to the needs of physical education.

Initially, the rules were not uniform. In 1956, the rules were modified by Habib Maphuz and Luiz Gonzaga de Oliveira Fernandes within the YMCA of São Paulo Brazil to allow seniors to compete.Luiz de Oliveira wrote the "Book of Rules of Fuitsal" in 1956, then adopted also at the international level.

In 1965 the Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol de Salón[pt] (South American Futsal Confederation) was formed, consisting of Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Argentina and Brazil.

Shortly after, a unique tournament was organized. It attracted some interest in South American media, which regularly began to follow futsal. In particular, it was the journalist José Antônio Inglêz who passionately contributed to the rapid spread of the game, as well as being credited as the man who coined the name “futsal” to define the sport.

Jom Jelajah Pekan Banting

Phew,penat tul hari ni haihh
Hari ni aku pergi teroka keindahan dan keunikan pekan banting mak aih
Ni dah kira trip second aku ke pekan banting sbb sebelum ni aku dah pernah pergi dah tapi sorang je,kali ni aku bawak geng sekali
Tambang dari kolej aku rm8 tapi disebabkan pakcik uber bagi discount code so kitorang just bayar rm3 ,sukalateww hahaha

Yeah tak aku nafikan pekan banting takdelah maju sangat macam KL tapi haaa dengar dulu
Kalau pasal pengangkutan  pekan banting ni memang ada .Ada stesen bas kat sini so kalau korang nak gerak gi keluar masuk bandar memang mudah la.Kalau grab ngan uber pun YES IT'S AVAILABLE HERE

Nak cerita pasal kedai makan fuhh, kalau aku taip kat sini memang lebur la jari aku sebab kedai kat sini berlambak.KFC ada dua kot kat sini,MCD pun ada ,pizzahut pun ada ,demino's pizza pun ada,big apple ada apa lagi yang aku tak sebut, kalu yang tak suka fastfood please la jangan risau sebab kedai makan tepi jalan pun penuh.Nak mudah cakap, kau sedia jer duit makanan terus terhidang atas meja :P

Masa kat KFC semua benda nak order tapi last-last makan seketul ayam pun dah rasa kenyang.Membazir betul tapi apakan daya dah sebulan terkurung lam kolej nak jugak rasa benda-benda gini :')

Dari segi kemudahan kewangan kat sini aku bagi 9/10.Semua jenis bank ada kat sini, maybank, bsn, bank rakyat, you name it they have it .Aku bagi 9/10 sebab masa aku pergi mesin CDM dekat bsn, mesin tu rosak pulak dah,nak dijadikan cerita, tak dapat lah aku nak bank in duit.Kalau aku yang pegang semua duit ,habislah semua duit convert jadi makanan.

Fuyooo cinema bro, best kan ? Cinema kat sini lebih kepada cerita-cerita india tapi ada je hollywood movies kat sini.Masa kat sini, kitorang tonton movie War Of The Planet Of  The Apes, nanti aku tulis review movie ni ehh.

To be honest ,that's the first movie that I ever watch in the cinema.Ye sebelum ni aku memang tak pernah pergi cinema.OMG,I still didn't believe that 18 tahun is my first date aku menjejakkan kaki ke cinema and my first movie was this!! *jakun* tapi jangan risau, takde lah aku nak gi tulis post baru pasal cinema pulak kat sini.

Ok next is shopping complex,... TADDAA

The Store lah tempat untuk memenuhi permintaan semua pelajar-pelajar kolej.Bertabahlah, kat sini takde mall besar-besar.Kalau nak shopping baju baru apa sila meninggal . Maksud aku, kalau nak shopping baju gi lah naik bas gi shopping complex yang besar-besar kat selangor tu.Tapi nak shopping kat sini pun tak salah ea.Kalau pasal kedai buku, aku tak jumpa lagi kat sini, mungkin ada lah tu kat mana-mana 'KOT'.

Then, bila dah sebut pasal bangunan banyak jadi banyak lah korang kena jalan, sebab jarak takde lah dekat sangat tapi still mampu untuk jalan kaki.Kalau yang jenis kurang stamina ni ,tempah la uber untuk elak jalan 100meter hahahha.Cuaca kat sini agak panas,so dinasihatkan pakai lah topi atau pelindung UV untuk elak kulit korang terbakar, kepada yang tak suka jaga kulit redah je terus ,panas pun panas lah ,asalkan sampai :D .

So,aku simpulkan kalau korang nak datang sini datanglah sebab tempat ni memang boleh cakap complete lah untuk memenuhi semua hasrat anda.I think that's all for today, nak menaip pun dah letih.

Cau Lu ,Assalam.

*Isyk acah model pulak dia ni

Larian KAKOM Kolej Matrikulasi Selangor 2017

Good morning gaisss, sekarang ni pukul 12.53 a.m. kira pagi lah kan, harini aku nak citer sikit pasal larian kakom kat kms ni sebab aku volunteer untuk jadi photograher sepanjang program tu berlangsung huhuhu

Pagi tu kitorang kena bangun awal sebab pukul 7.00 a.m. dah kena kumpul dekat padang sekolah.Disebabkan aku volunteer untuk jadi photographer ,so semangat tu lain sikit hihihi.Ni first time aku jadi photographer untuk kolej and then sebab tu lah aku rasa akward and malu sebab kena jalan-jalan sekeling padang sebab nak ambik gambar masa semua orang bersenam.Aku rasa macam satu padang duk tengok aku pusing-pusing untuk ambik gambar.HAHAHAHA perasan betul, takde lah aku bergurau je ,takdelah perasaan macam tu pulak.Just biashe biashe je

So ni lah antara gambar-gambar yang aku tangkap masa larian tersebut, and actually kitorang tak lari pun, kitorang just bersenam while tunggu atlet-atlet kolej yang jog dari luar kolej untuk datang padang

and last but not least, gambar photographer pun kena ada walaupun sekeping

Yass dapat jugak ambik gambar, this is only photo of me yang sempat ambik, thanks all sebab sudi ambik gambar ^.^

Walaupun kena bangun awal apa semua, tapi program ni memang worth 1000% sebab masa ni lah ada peluang untuk senam-senam sebab kalau masa lain memang tak ah,assignment belambak ,kau ingat aku ade masa HEH?

Lepas habis program, kitorang diberi 1jam rehat sebelum start kuliah pagi :) Petang tu kitorang pergi mengundi untuk pilihan raya kolej, YEAH! Thats all aku cau luhh ,enjoy your living guys .

Jamuan Raya di Kolej Matrikulasi Selangor

Hi guys, today nak story sikit pasal jamuan raya dekat kolej ,sebelum tu aku tak bagitahu lagi yang aku ni pelajar Kolej Matrikulasi Selangor Module 2 PST.Baru sebulan lebih masuk sini kolej kitorang mengadakan program Riang Ria Aidilfitri, sbb kitorang masuk sini pun dah bulan puasa T_T sobs,
Apa yang menyedihkan aku lupa untuk bawak samping untuk raya so terpaksa lah end up pakai slack and baju melayu

YES! Yang kiri tu lah aku

Kitorang dibahagikan kepada beberapa khemah mengikut praktikum, tpi apa yang malang sekali lagi adalah kipas khemah kitorang tak berfungsi.Of course kitorang tak nak raya dalam kepanasan then, kitorang pun angkut semua makanan pergi dekat sebelah dewan kuliah.Disitulah kami menjamu selera  berbekal juadah RM5 seorang dengan aman makmur tanpa gangguan kelas lain.

MY CLASSMATE AND SIR ROSLAN KAT TENGAH ,semua nampak hensem dan lawa belaka, #nikanraya p/s:muka kepanasan sebab ambik gambar bawah terik matahari

Our lecturer told us that raya tahun ni tak meriah sangat macam tahun lepas-lepas but for me it's okay as long as we can kaut semua pengalaman yang ada untuk dijadikan memori yang indah untuk masa depan, kan?

"things end but memory last forever"

I think thats all for today post, kalau ada masa and kesempatan lagi aku akan rajinkan diri untuk update blog kepada pembaca semua .
